UPDATE!
Thank You all who commented
on my last Post and said
a Prayer for me and my Boy's.
We did go and see Their Grandma,
yesterday (Friday) and the
visit went well.
Though the Boy's didn't say
to much...I think they were glad
that they went.
Grandma (Julia) looked good.
She was sitting in a recliner when
we got there, all dressed up.
She had a stocking cap on
because she lost all her hair &
she was hooked up to oxygen.
Other than those two things,
she looked the same to me.
The Dr.'s stopped the chemo &
the blood transfusions.
She's not in any pain, she says.
She talked quite a bit, told us
what was going on with her & that
the Dr.'s said the end is near.
Nothing more they can do for her.
She told the boy's a few stories
about their Dad,
and we all laughed.
We stayed about an hour and a half
and then the Hospice nurse came in.
So we left & I told her we would
come back again.
It was a quiet ride home...
but I know they were glad they went.

Hi Sandi, wonderful swap goodies from Vickie. I am so glad you and the boys went to see their grandma, I know they will always be glad that they did, and that it meant alot to her. I am so sorry that she is that ill. hugs, Lecia
It sounds like it was a good visit with their Grandma. I'm sure your boys loved seeing her, it's just sometimes these situations rob us of our voice. I'll pray for y'all and will send some sunshine your way.
You received such nice swap goods and I just love her blog name, it's so clever. Enjoy you chocolate sampler.

Sandi, I love all your wonderful goodies. I LOVE the bunny and the eggs and the bird picture is awesome.
I LOVE the mug and I also love honeysuckle. I sure she got that at Bath and Body Works, I was just there yesterday!!!!! I LOVE that store so I do bought a lot of hand soaps our favorites when they go on sale and our favorite candles the big ones and when they go on sale they are reg.19.99 but on sale they are 2 for 20.00 and then I have a coupon for 10.00 anything over 30.00 and in the winter we stock up on our winter smells, but my husband is very picky on spring and summer scents so I did buy frosted cake and he loves it and at Target for only 10.00 cotton candy yummo, I am sorry I just realized I am leaving a comment not an email and I am babbling.
Do you have a Bath and Body Works near you because if not if you let me know what scent of candle or lotion ,spray or hand soap I will get it for you and mail it off. You just have to email me your address. My email is on the side of my blog. It will be a gift from me to you, I will add you to the Pay if Forward!
Vicki was very good to you and she should you are so sweet and caring and I enjoy your blog so much!!!!

Hi Sandi,
Sorry I was not here for the post on your x-mother in law...I am so sorry she has to go through this and also very glad your sons did go see her. Not sure why people act the way they do but I guess when it's near the end we need to forgive and give them the best we can.
Now...what fun swap goodies! Oh my candy - that would have been torn open and tasted before I saw what came next...LOL
Many blessings,
Karen
