I'm here...But I'm not.....

I have a Blog Post to do on a Swap
Package that I received from Vicky,
and a few Giveaways that I won.
I don't want anyone to think that
I forgot....because I have been really
trying to fit it in.

2013 has not been a Good year,
 thus far, for my Family.
It's just one thing after another,
and it's not getting any better.
We are going through
another difficult time right now,
as my former Mother-in-law
is dying from Leukemia, and it can
be any day now.

This is my 2 older sons Grandma...
though we have not seen or heard
from her in 5 years...
She is asking to see my Boys.
My husband passed away 14 yrs. ago.
It's not that we are on bad terms
with her, it's just she chose not to
keep in contact with them.

I see her point of wanting to
see them, and I see their point of
mixed emotions.
She is all they have left of a
Grand Parent. I told them they
really need to go see her and that I
would go with them.
We need to do it now, because there
may not be a tomorrow.

I promise I will be back soon...

Sandi, I am so sorry to hear this.
I am sure you and your boys feelings are up and down.
Like why now when you are dying you want to see your grandchildren but when you were healthy we didn't hear from you for 5 years.
I am praying for you and your boys and whatever you guys decide will be the right chose.
The Lord is right beside all of you with whatever chose you make.

Praying,
Tricia XO

Sandi- Hope your boys can see it in their heart to see her. It's hard when you don't really know the person. I know when I was little we lived away from my dads side and it's still akward seeing them as a adult.Your strong you'll get through this.Big hugs!- Amy

Oh, Sandi, I am so sorry! I hope that your lives get straightened out soon. Blog posts can wait. Settle your family first and then tend to yourself. We take so much on our shoulders and forget to nurture ourselves. Prayers and blessings to you and yours.

Like all the swap goodies you received. The bird plaque and bunny with eggs are adorable. So sorry to hear about the boys grandmother. It was so nice they were able to see her. Take care!
