I just wanted to say
"Thank You"
to all who left kind words & said
a Prayer for my Mom.
I didn't mean to scare anyone...
or leave my Blog Post like that.
I was in the middle of uploading
pictures & writing Blog Posts
when my sister called & said Mom was
being admitted to the Hospital & then
she hung up, & I couldn't reach
her when I tried calling back.
My Mom is going to be okay.
She went in for her routine
Dr.'s Appt. & he didn't like
the way she was coughing.
She was admitted to the Hospital
with Pnemonia & put on
IV Antibiotics & Steroids.
They want to keep her for a few days.
My Mom is 83 yrs old.
She was diagnosed with
Parkinsons Disease in her late 50's.
She has been confined to a wheel chair
for the last 10 years.
She falls out of her wheel chair alot
from leaning forward to far.
(I thought this was why my sister was calling)
Last month she fell face first &
was black and blue all over.
Her speech is affected by the Parkinson's.
You can not really understand her at all
when she talks.
Two of my Sisters and I took of her up until
5 years ago, then we had to
put her in a nursing home
(not the one I work at)
My Dad died 9 years ago from Cancer.
Prior to his illness, he took care
of Mom all those years.
Mom needs her rest and once the medicines
take effect she should be as good as new!
